Jan Hille has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in the fields of conflict resolution, participation, and negotiation skills. 

Through his company People Plus, he has been delivering training programs on these topics in South Africa since 2004, working with trade unions, employers, and other organisations.

He is the author of the book “Waarom zeggen we niet wat we vinden en wat daaraan te doen?” (Why Don’t We Say What We Think ) And What to Do About It, Atlas Contact, 2019). The book addresses how to create an open and psychologically safe work environment in which everyone feels free and encouraged to contribute.

Aafke has over 25 years of experience as an executive coach, organisational consultant, and change manager, guiding complex transformation processes through her firm MaakRuimte. She is also the author of a book with the same title.

Aafke has extensive experience in leading retreats and consciousness programs, drawing from disciplines such as Gestalt, Systemic Work, NLP, Theory U, and Deep Democracy. She holds degrees in Social Work and Social Sciences (a combination of Psychology, Sociology, and Cultural Anthropology).

She is a board member at United Success Global and at the Universal Sufism movement. A seasoned traveler, Aafke is continually inspired by the power of living in the present she experiences in Africa. For her, Ubuntu is a profound source of wisdom for community building and leadership.

Paul brings 40 years of international work experience, including nearly two decades in leadership positions in Africa. 

He lived and worked with his family in West and Southern Africa, gaining deep insights into various regional African cultures.

Throughout his career, Paul has served on the boards of several companies and institutions in Southern Africa.

With his rich experience across Africa and Europe, Paul is convinced that Ubuntu offers a meaningful and powerful approach to modern leadership.
